How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and theme. Popular weekends often fill up fast!

What space do I need?

A living room or open area is perfect. Each tent is approximately 4 ft wide, 6 ft tall, and 6 ft long. If you're unsure, send us room dimensions and we'll guide you on the best layout.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes — our team sets everything up and returns the next day for teardown. You just relax and enjoy the magic.

What is the deposit fee?

A $100 deposit reserves your party date. Custom themes require a $150 deposit due to additional sourcing and prep.

Do you charge taxes?

HST is already included in our displayed pricing.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes — balloon décor, spa experiences, paint night packages, and patch party stations.

What's included in a standard package?

Handcrafted tent, inflatable single mattress with cozy fleece blanket, fitted sheet and themed pillows, bed trays and themed nightlights. No food or drinks inside the tents, please.
